Dr. Timothy Alan Judge is a distinguished scholar and the inaugural Joseph A. Alutto Chair in Leadership Excellence at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. He serves as Executive Director of the Fisher Leadership Initiative, where he oversees comprehensive leadership development programs for students and professionals. Prior to joining Ohio State in 2016, he held the Franklin D. Schurz Chair at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
