Born in Kerala, India, Dr. Sebastian earned his B.E. (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani in 1998, followed by M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Iowa State University in 1999 and 2004, respectively.
